1. All communication sent by the company on the address mentioned in this booking application form shall be deemed to have been delivered. In case of any change in the address of communication customer shall inform it to the company in writing. Interest on overdue outstanding will be charged @18% p.a.

2. Management reserves the right of cancellation of allotment in case of any default.

3. For Plot/Unit costing more 50 lakhs, customer shall be liable to deduct the TDS at the specified rate of the company and deposit the same with the income tax authorities within specified time and inform about the same to the company.

4. Aforesaid booking is governed by the agreement to sell, the draft of which is read by the purchaser.

5. It is mandatory to execute agreement to sale on 30% payment of the plot cost.

6. I have read carefully, understood and agree to all terms and condition as mentioned above.

7. Booking Amount/Token Amount upto Rs. 51 Thousand, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of booking
